Sand is a warm beige we ran in the sateen for two years. It sat too close to ivory on the shelf, so ivory stays and sand goes. The cover is identical in cloth and construction to the ivory sateen cover; only the future of the colour is different.
The reduction is against the price it was listed at for the whole of the previous year. Sateen caveats apply: it snags more readily than percale and pills a little where it rubs.
