Everything goes to hello@sunsetandsheets.com. We do not run a phone line; a written question about a mattress depth gets a better answer than a spoken one.

If it concerns an order, put the reference in the subject line — it looks like SNS-2026-123456 — and we can answer without asking for it.

Useful things to tell us

  • For a cloth. Whether you sleep hot or cold, whether you iron, and whether anyone in the bed has claws. We reply with a weave and the reason.
  • For a size. The mattress width and length, and its depth with the topper on. Or the duvet's dimensions, or the pillow's. See the guide.
  • For a repair. A photograph of the seam or elastic and your order reference. The 300-wash guarantee covers postage both ways.
  • For an order change. Possible until it is dispatched, usually within two working days. Include the new size, shade or address.
  • For a return. Start it by email and the address comes back the same day. How returns work.
  • For a colour match. Your earlier order number. We check the dye lot before sending the new piece.

Trade and press

Same address. We do not wholesale and we do not send samples, so the answer to stockist enquiries is a polite no.
